Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use pramsia.in, request a quotation or place an order with Pramsia Private Limited. Please read them with our Refunds, Returns and Cancellation policy.
1. Products and information
Product photographs are for illustration. Sizes, colours and finish may vary a little, and the final specification is confirmed in your quotation.
Product photographs are the property of Pramsia. You may view them on the website. Please do not download, copy or reuse them.
2. Prices and GST
Prices are in Indian rupees. Unless we say otherwise, prices do not include GST, which is added at the rate shown in your quotation. Prices may change. The prices in an approved quotation apply to that quotation.
3. Quotations and orders
A quotation is our offer, valid until the date it shows. It becomes binding when we approve it, you accept it in writing, and the advance is paid. Approval depends on our confirmation of rates and tax.
4. Payment
We accept UPI and bank transfer, to the account details shown on the quotation or invoice. The payment schedule is set out in each quotation. Our current standard is 50% advance with the order, 40% before dispatch and 10% after installation.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are stated in your quotation and counted from the date we receive the advance. Our current standard is 180 days from receipt of the 50% advance.
6. Freight, unloading and staff costs
Freight, unloading, crane or hydra charges, and lodging and food for our staff at your site are paid by the client, unless the quotation says they are included.
7. Installation and your site
Installation is carried out by our team as stated in your quotation. You must have the site ready and cleared as agreed, with a safe play area and access for our team and equipment.
8. Warranty
We warrant our products for 12 months against manufacturing defects, counted from [installation or dispatch, to be decided by the owner]. The warranty does not cover misuse, normal wear, damage from weather or vandalism, unauthorised repairs, or changes made without our written consent.
9. Using the website
Please use the website lawfully. Do not attack it, copy or scrape product photographs, send false enquiries or quotations, or use it to break the law.
10. Our liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
11. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [place to be decided by the owner, for example Hajipur, Bihar] have jurisdiction.
