2. What we collect
When you enquire, request a quotation or place an order, we collect your name, WhatsApp number, district and state, and optionally your organisation and GST number. A quotation also keeps the products, quantities and prices you choose, and any notes you add.
Our staff sign in with their own login. Our servers keep technical records (such as the time of a visit and the internet address used) to protect the website from misuse.
We do not store the conversations you have with the website's AI assistant.
3. Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare and send quotations and invoices, arrange delivery and installation, meet tax and accounting law, keep the website secure, and improve our service.
We contact you about your enquiry or order. We will not send you marketing messages unless you agree to them.
4. Your consent
We ask for your consent when you submit an enquiry or a quotation. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us. Withdrawing consent does not undo what we did with your data before you withdrew it.
Where the law requires us to keep records, such as GST invoices, we keep them for the period the law requires.
5. Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run the website and messaging (hosting, email and WhatsApp), with our delivery and installation teams for your order, and with public authorities when the law requires it.
We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.
6. How long we keep it

7. Security
